奉三寶弟子。吳興王守超。并女弟子章二十八娘。憑小十三娘子。共施家財助緣開板。各答四恩三有。比丘靈岳冲義施財添開板。答四恩三有者。

Disciples venerating the Three Jewels: Wang Shouchao of Wuxing, along with female disciple Lady Twenty-Eight Zhang, relying on Little Lady Thirteen, jointly donated family wealth to assist the conditions for printing, each to repay the four kindnesses and three states of existence. The monk Lingyue Chongyi donated wealth to assist the printing to repay the four kindnesses and three states of existence.
