形儀潦倒。氣貌寒槁。野雲自閒。巖樹誰老。性元靜而妙存。
體本真而空了。幻世應諸緣。荒田不揀草。
風烟望斷兮鴻影冥冥。天水相連兮秋容渺渺。

His form and demeanor are decrepit; / His appearance is cold and withered. / The wilderness clouds are idle of themselves; / What cliff tree ever grows old? / The nature is originally still, wondrously preserved; / The essence is fundamentally true, emptily clear. / In the illusory world responding to various conditions, / The fallow field does not choose its grass. / Gazing through wind and mist to the end, the wild goose's shadow is dim; / Sky and water connect, the autumn scenery boundless.
