勝淨明心。混融古今。河漢之氣清秋闊。牛斗之光寒夜深。
機歷歷兮錦梭吐緒。道綿綿兮玉線聯針。
月漾珊瑚海。春回薝蔔林。法法變通手段。
塵塵出礙胸襟。明鏡誰嫌差別像。空山自答合同音。

The supreme, pure, luminous mind / Blends past and present. / The air of the River of Stars is clear and autumn is vast; / The light of the Ox and Dipper is cold and the night is deep. / The dynamic mechanism is distinct—the brocade shuttle spits forth threads; / The Way is continuous—the jade thread joins the needle. / The moon ripples on the coral sea; / Spring returns to the campaka grove. / The skillful means to adapt to each and every phenomenon; / The bosom that transcends obstruction in each and every dust mote. / Who could dislike the differentiated images in a bright mirror? / The empty mountain naturally responds with a matching sound.
