Bringing forward Head Monk Zhi's taking up the position of monk, ascending the hall, [the Master] said, "Who uses living eyes to peer into the kalpa of emptiness? / I say the branch of our lineage is dipped in vast spring. / Its horns, towering and sharp, cannot be concealed; / beneath the gate of Qingyuan there is an auspicious lin."
