上堂大眾。鐵酸豏金剛劍。吞了斬了。以活為驗。作家恁麼共提持。超過佛祖增光焰。

Ascending the hall, [the Master said]: "Assembly! Iron sour pastry, vajra sword: swallow it, cut it down; verify it through being alive! When adepts uphold it together like this, it surpasses the Buddhas and Patriarchs, increasing radiance."
