徽宗皇帝忌。上堂。風颯颯雨霖霖。聖人不曾滅度。演出清淨妙音。若將耳聽終難會。一句機先透古今。

Ascending the hall on the memorial day of Emperor Huizong: The wind rustles, the rain pours down. The sage has never entered extinction, expounding the pure, wonderful sound. If one tries to understand it with the ears, it is ultimately difficult to comprehend; a single phrase before any trigger of action penetrates ancient and modern.
