至法座前。焚香謝恩。捧　勅黃示眾云。雲開九天。呈起云。看彩鳳𭊷出。且道。如何委悉。急急如律令勅。

Arriving before the Dharma seat, he burned incense and offered thanks for imperial favor. Holding up the imperial yellow decree, he showed it to the assembly and said, "Clouds open across the nine heavens." Holding it up, he said, "Look! A colorful phoenix flies out. But tell me, how do you comprehend this? Swiftly, swiftly, according to the laws and ordinances!"
