一勘破（言猶在耳。過）二勘破（兩重公案）雪上加霜曾嶮墮（三段不同。在什麼處）
飛騎將軍入虜庭（嶮。敗軍之將。無勞再斬。喪身失命）
再得完全能幾箇（死中得活）急走過（傍若無人。三十六策。盡爾神通。堪作何用）
不放過（理能伏豹。穿却鼻孔）孤峯頂上草裏坐（果然。穿過鼻孔。也未為奇特。為什麼却在草裏坐）
咄（會麼。兩刃相傷。兩兩三三舊路行。唱拍相隨。便打）

The first checked and exposed— / (The words are still in our ears. Passed.) / The second checked and exposed— / (A twofold gong'an.) / Adding frost atop snow, he once fell into peril. / (Three stages, not the same. Where is it?) / The Flying Cavalry General enters the barbarian court; / (Perilous! A defeated general—no need to decapitate him again. Losing body and life.) / How many can emerge completely whole again? / (Attaining life amidst death.) / Hurriedly he runs past; / (As if no one were around. Of the thirty-six stratagems, exhaust your spiritual powers—what can they be used for?) / But he does not let him pass. / (Principle can subdue a leopard. Piercing through his nostrils.) / On the summit of a solitary peak he sits amidst the weeds. / (Sure enough. Having pierced through his nostrils, even so it is not extraordinary. Why does he sit amidst the weeds?) / Bah! / (Do you understand? Two blades injure each other. In pairs and triads they walk the old road. Singing and clapping follow each other. Strike immediately!)
