6.23

兔馬有角（斬可殺奇特。可殺新鮮）牛羊無角（斬。成什麼模樣。瞞別人即得）
絕毫絕氂（天上天下唯我獨尊。爾向什麼處摸索）如山如嶽（在什麼處。平地起波瀾。𡎺著爾鼻孔）
黃金靈骨今猶在（截却舌頭。塞却咽喉。拈向一邊。只恐無人識得伊）
白浪滔天何處著（放過一著。脚跟下蹉過。眼裏耳裏著不得）
無處著（果然。却較些子果然沒溺深坑）隻履西歸曾失却（祖禰不了。累及兒孫。打云。為什麼却在這裏）

Hares and horses have horns; (斩—Exceedingly extraordinary! Exceedingly fresh!)
Oxen and sheep have no horns. (斩—What form does this take? Deceiving others might work.)
Not a single strand of hair, not a single hair-tip; (Above heaven and below heaven, I alone am the honored one. Where can you grope for it?)
Like mountains, like peaks. (Where is it? Raising waves on level ground. It pokes right into your nostrils!)
The golden holy relics are still present now; (Cutting off the tongue! Stuffing up the throat! Setting it aside, one only fears no one recognizes him.)
White waves surging to the heavens—where can they be placed? (Letting him pass this once. Blundered past right under his heels! It cannot be accommodated in the eyes or the ears.)
Nowhere to place them! (Indeed. It gets a little bit closer; indeed drowning in a deep pit.)
Returning to the West with a single sandal, it was once lost. (The ancestor was not finished with it, implicating his descendants. Striking, he says: Why is it right here?)
