示眾云。指鹿為馬。握土成金。舌上起風雷。眉間藏血刃。坐觀成敗。立驗死生。且道。是何三昧。

Instruction to the assembly: Pointing to a deer and calling it a horse; grasping dirt and making it gold. Raising wind and thunder upon the tongue; hiding bloody blades between the brows. Sitting and watching success and failure; standing and verifying life and death. Tell me: what samādhi is this?
