舉。世尊與眾行次（隨他脚跟轉）以手指地云。此處宜建梵剎（太歲頭上不合動土）帝釋將一莖草。插於地上云。建梵剎已竟（修造不易）世尊微笑（賞罰分明）。

Case: When the Bhagavān was walking with the assembly, (Following right behind his heels.) he pointed to the ground with his finger and said, 'This place is suitable for building a sanctuary.' (It is unfitting to disturb the earth on the head of the Grand Duke.) Śakra took a blade of grass, inserted it into the ground, and said, 'The sanctuary has been built.' (Building and constructing is not easy.) The Bhagavān smiled. (Distinguishing clearly between reward and punishment.)
