粥罷令教洗鉢盂（快便難逢）豁然心地自相符（非但今日）
而今參飽叢林客（依舊喫粥了洗鉢盂去）且道。其間有悟無（一人傳虛萬人傳實）

"The porridge finished, he tells him to wash his bowls; (A swift convenience, hard to encounter.)
Spaciously, the mind-ground accords naturally. (Not only today.)
Now, travelers who have had their fill of monastic study, (Still, having eaten porridge, they go wash their bowls.)
Tell me: in between, is there awakening or not?" (One person transmits falsehood, ten thousand transmit it as real.)
