苦學論情世不群（有修有證）
出來凡事已超倫（雖有修有證。本自尊貴中來）
詩成五字三冬雪（染污不得）
筆落分毫四海雲（不守住）
萬卷積功彰聖代（大功修證）
一心忠孝輔明君（知有向上人。始得奉重）
鹽梅不是生知得（修證還同）
金榜何勞顯至勳（不假修證。不待功勳）

Bitterly studying doctrines and sentiments, unmatched in the world; (Having cultivation and having realization)
Emerging, in all matters he already surpasses the multitude. (Though having cultivation and realization, fundamentally coming from within the honored and noble)
Poetry formed in five characters like the snows of the three winter months; (Cannot be defiled)
The brush dripping fine strokes like clouds over the four seas. (Does not abide)
Accumulating merit through ten thousand scrolls, displaying the sage era; (Cultivation and realization through great merit)
With single-minded loyalty and filial piety, assisting the enlightened sovereign. (Knowing there is one above, only then can he serve and venerate)
Salt and plums [of statecraft] are not known from birth; (Cultivation and realization are also the same)
Why labor the golden list to display the utmost merit? (Not relying on cultivation and realization; not awaiting merit)
