玉馬上金梯。胡人白晝迷。直饒機掣電。也是鈍根師（雲門）。

"The treasury of the true Dharma eye is extinguished beside a blind donkey;
Huangbo was an old granny, and Dayu was overly talkative. (Linji)

A jade horse ascends the golden staircase;
The barbarian is confused in broad daylight.
Even if his dynamism flashes like lightning,
He is still a teacher of dull capacity. (Yunmen)"
