六識從妄起。依他性自開。眼耳兼身意。誰肯自量裁。
舌鼻行顛倒。心王却遣回。六識中不久。頓悟向如來。

The six consciousnesses arise from delusion; / Depending on others, their nature unfolds on its own. / Eye, ear, along with body and mind: / Who is willing to measure and regulate them? / Tongue and nose act in inversion; / The mind king, however, sends them back. / Remaining not long in the six consciousnesses, / One suddenly awakens toward the Tathāgata.
