二邊純莫立。中道勿心修。見性生死盡。菩提無所求。
身外覓真佛。顛倒一生休。靜坐身安樂。無為果自周。

Do not establish the two extremes at all; / Do not cultivate the Middle Way with the mind. / Seeing the nature, birth and death are exhausted; / Bodhi has nothing to be sought. / Seeking the true Buddha outside the body, / Inversion brings an end to a whole lifetime. / Sitting quietly, the body is peaceful and happy; / The fruit of non-action is fulfilled of itself.
