夫所度之機無量。能度之法無邊。立五行門。廣闢賢愚之路。張八教網。遍摝人天之魚。何乃以心標宗。能治一切。

Now, the capacities of those to be delivered are measureless, and the Dharmas capable of delivering are boundless. Establishing the five gateways of practice broadly opens the path for the worthy and the foolish; spreading the net of the eight teachings widely captures the fish of humans and gods. Why then mark citta as the source, [claiming] it can cure all?
