答。同體圓鏡。不偏屬佛。及眾生。同一體故。但眾生磨瑩己鏡。未得全明故。能暫現此相。表進修之力。

Answer: The round mirror of identical substance does not belong exclusively to the Buddha, nor to sentient beings, because they are of the same single substance. It is merely that sentient beings polish their own mirror, but because they have not yet made it entirely bright, they can temporarily manifest this form, expressing the power of progressive cultivation.
