問。唯心之體。前已略明。唯識之相。如何指示。性相雙辯。方顯正宗。理事俱通。始祛邪執。

Question: The substance of mind-only has already been briefly clarified above. How are the characteristics of consciousness-only to be indicated? Only when nature and characteristics are both discerned is the correct source revealed; only when principle and phenomena are both penetrated are perverse attachments eliminated.
