問。若爾。何不立量云。相分是有法。定不離自證分。是宗。因云。初三攝。眼所不攝故。同喻如見分。

Question: If so, why not construct the inference saying: 'The nimittabhāga is the subject; definitely not separate from the svasaṃvittibhāga is the thesis; the reason is because it is subsumed under the first three and not subsumed under the eye; the positive example is like the darśanabhāga'?
