問。名中無義。義中無名。二俱客者。若人執名異於義。義異於名。此人既無顛倒。則於義中應無僻執。不應聞說好惡。生憂喜心。名義不相關故。當知客義。是汝顛倒。

Question: If there is no referent in a name, and no name in a referent, both being adventitious—if someone grasps that a name is different from a referent, and a referent is different from a name, since this person is already without inversion, they should have no perverse clinging toward referents, and should not generate minds of grief or joy upon hearing talk of good or bad, because name and referent are unrelated. Therefore, you should know that the adventitious meaning is your inversion.
