答。今言有者。不是真如名實有。但說有。即是遣惡取空。故說有。體。是妙有真空。故言非空非有。

Answer: Saying 'it exists' now does not mean that tathatā is called substantially existent. It is merely spoken of as existing to dispel the pernicious grasping of emptiness; therefore it is said to exist. Its substance is wondrous existence and true emptiness; therefore it is said to be neither empty nor existent.
