答。三藏是界內不相即。小乘取證。根敗之士。故不論接。餘六是摩訶衍門。若欲前進。亦可得去。是故被接。

Answer: The Tripiṭaka is within the realm and not mutually identical. Since the Small Vehicle grasps realization, its people have ruined roots, and therefore access is not discussed [for them]. The remaining six are gates of the Mahāyāna; if one wishes to advance forward, one can also proceed, and therefore they are accessed.
