問。表無表色。不居身外。內所動作。顯現非虛。如成業論偈云。由外發身語。表內心所思。譬彼潛淵魚。鼓波而自表。此表無表色。是實有不。

Question: Manifest and unmanifest form do not dwell outside the body; their internal movements and visible manifestations are not false. As a verse in the Karmasiddhi-prakaraṇa says: 'By externally initiating body and speech, / they manifest the internal mind's thoughts; / just as a fish hidden in an abyss / manifests itself by stirring waves.' Are these manifest and unmanifest forms truly existent or not?
