夫生死輪迴。不待外緣。既由內識。此即有漏異生。生死相續。諸佛菩薩淨法相續。為復亦由內識。為復別有淨體。

Now, the cycle of birth and death does not depend on external conditions; since it is due to internal consciousness, this constitutes the continuation of birth and death for ordinary beings with outflows. Does the continuation of pure dharmas for the Buddhas and bodhisattvas also stem from internal consciousness, or is there a separate pure substance?
