問。既云佛眼能觀佛性。如何教中又言。我以五眼不見。三聚眾生。狂愚無目而言見耶。

Question: Since it is said that the Buddha eye can observe the Buddha nature, why does it also say in the teachings: "I do not see with the five eyes; how can sentient beings of the three categories, mad, foolish, and eyeless, claim to see?"
