89.19

佛答。供養化佛。真佛。其福無異。何以故。佛得諸法實相故。供養福無盡。化佛亦不離實相故。若供養者。心能不異。其福亦等。

The Buddha answered: 'The merit of making offerings to a transformation Buddha or to the true Buddha is without difference. Why? Because the Buddha has attained the true characteristic of all dharmas, the merit of making offerings is inexhaustible; and because the transformation Buddha is also not separate from the true characteristic. If the one who makes offerings can maintain an undivided mind, the merit is also equal.'
