因果經偈云。一切造善惡。皆從心想生。是故真出家。皆以心為本。

A verse in the Karma-hetuphala-sūtra states: “All the creation of good and evil / Arises from the citta's conceptualization; / Therefore, true going forth from home / Always takes the citta as its foundation.”
