Chan Master Fan said: "If one knows that all dharmas are just dharmas, one attains liberation. The eye is a dharma; forms are dharmas. A sūtra says: 'Not seeing dharmas again makes bondage with dharmas; neither seeing dharmas again makes liberation with dharmas.'"
