仰山和尚云。頓悟自心無相。猶若虛空。寄根發明。即本心具恒沙妙用。無別所持。無別安立。即本地。即本土。

The monk Yangshan said: Suddenly awaken to your own mind having no characteristics, being just like empty space. Relying on the sense faculties to manifest, the fundamental mind is endowed with wondrous functions numerous as the sands of the Ganges, without anything else held, without anything else established. This is the fundamental ground; this is the fundamental land.
