99.15

釋摩訶衍論云。一切諸法一心量。無心外法。以無心外法故。豈一心法與一心法作障礙事。亦一心法與一心法作解脫事。無有障礙。無有解脫。一心之法。一即是心。心即是一。無一別心。無心別一。一切諸法。平等一味。一相無相。作一種光明心地之海。

The Shi moheyan lun states: "All phenomena are of the measure of one mind; there are no phenomena outside the mind. Because there are no phenomena outside the mind, how could a dharma of the one mind obstruct a dharma of the one mind, or a dharma of the one mind liberate a dharma of the one mind? There is neither obstruction nor liberation. As for the dharma of the one mind: one is precisely mind, and mind is precisely one; there is no separate mind apart from one, and there is no separate one apart from mind. All phenomena are equal and of one taste, of one characteristic that is without characteristics, forming an ocean of the luminous mind-ground of a single nature."
