思益論云。不見一切諸法。是菩提相。不證一法。而證諸法。是故說為應正遍知。

The Siyi [fantian suowen jing] lun says: “Not seeing all phenomena is the characteristic of bodhi. Without realizing a single phenomenon, one realizes all phenomena; therefore it is spoken of as the Samyaksambuddha.”
