問：「六念法門，十種觀相，雖稱助道；徇想緣塵，瞥起乖真，何如淨念？」

Question: "Although the Dharma-gates of the six recollections and the ten contemplations of marks are called auxiliaries to the Way, following thoughts and conditioning dust-objects, momentarily arising, they run contrary to truth. How can they compare to pure mindfulness?"
