問：「《維摩經》云：『成就八法，於此世界，行無瘡疣，生于淨土。何等為八？饒益眾生而不望報；代一切眾生受諸苦惱；所作功德盡以施之；等心眾生，謙下無閡；於諸菩薩，視之如佛；所未聞經，聞之不疑；不與聲聞而相違背；不嫉彼共不高己利。而於其中，調伏其心；常省己過不訟彼短。恒以一心，求諸功德。』如何劣行、微善，而得往生？」

Question: "The Vimalakīrti Sūtra states: 'Fulfilling eight things, one conducts oneself without flaw in this world and is born in the pure land. What are the eight? Benefiting sentient beings without looking for reward; bearing all distress and afflictions on behalf of all sentient beings; giving away all merits one creates; having an impartial mind toward sentient beings, being humble and unimpeded; regarding all bodhisattvas as if they were Buddhas; hearing sūtras not heard before without doubting them; not coming into conflict with the śrāvakas; not being jealous of what others receive and not boasting of one's own gain. Moreover, within these, subduing one's mind; always examining one's own errors and not litigating the shortcomings of others; constantly, with single-mindedness, seeking all virtues.' How can those of inferior conduct and minor good deeds attain rebirth?"
