Answer: "They are established through the seeds perfumed by nominal expressions; they are truly devoid of substantial entity, yet resemble existent meanings, with appearance and form manifested like illusory objects and the like. Dependent on names, phenomena are established; dependent on phenomena, names are constructed. Within names there are no phenomena; within phenomena there are no names. Devoid of substance, they mutually establish each other; possessed of marks, both are tranquil."
