問：「佛道遐昌，凡聖同稟。何乃興替不定，而有墮壞者乎？」

Question: "The Buddha's Way flourishes far and wide, and ordinary beings and sages alike rely on it. Why then does it rise and fall unpredictably, so that there are instances of decay and ruin?"
