2.53

佛眼謂高菴曰。見秋毫之末者。不自見其睫。舉千鈞之重者。不自舉其身。猶學者明於責人昧於恕己者。不少異也（真牧集）。

Foyan said to Gao'an: "One who can see the tip of an autumn down cannot see one's own eyelashes; one who can lift a weight of thirty thousand catties cannot lift one's own body. This is no different from students who are clear-sighted in censuring others, but blind in forgiving themselves." (Zhenmu Ji)
