1.30

幻身夢宅空中物色。前際無窮後際寧剋。出此沒彼升沈疲極。未免三輪何時休息。貪戀世間陰緣成質。從生至老一無所得。根本無明因茲被惑。光陰可惜剎那不測。今生空過來世窒塞。從迷至迷皆因六賊。六道往還三界匍匐。早訪明師親近高德。決擇身心去其荊棘。世自浮虛眾緣豈逼。研窮法理以悟為則。心境俱捐莫記莫憶。六根怡然行住寂默。一心不生萬法俱息。

Illusory body, dream house, forms within emptiness:
Infinite was the past limit; how can the future limit be attained?
Arising here and sinking there, ascending and plunging in utter exhaustion;
Unable to escape the three wheels, when will there be rest?
Craving and clinging to the worldly, aggregates and conditions form physical substance;
From birth to old age, not a single thing is gained.
Fundamental ignorance deludes because of this;
Time is to be cherished, for a kṣaṇa cannot be fathomed.
Passing this life in vain, the next life will be blocked;
Going from delusion to delusion is entirely due to the six thieves.
Circling through the six destinies, crawling within the traidhātuka,
Seek early an enlightened master, and draw near to those of lofty virtue.
Discriminate body and mind, clearing away their thorns;
The world is naturally hollow and empty; how could manifold conditions coerce you?
Investigate the principles of Dharma to the utmost, taking awakening as your standard;
Discard both mind and objects, neither recording nor recollecting.
The six faculties serene, in walking and staying abide in stillness;
Not a single thought arising, the ten thousand dharmas are entirely stilled.
