晨朝粥罷莫猖狂。盥漱低頭少使湯。頭若痒時須待浴。
手巾乾淨不相妨。

After morning congee, do not be unruly; / When rinsing the mouth and washing, lower your head and use little water. / If your head itches, wait until bath time; / Keep your hand towel clean so as not to hinder others.
