順情人事逐年增。

Rubbing platters and wiping tables to curry favor by force,
One should feel ashamed before the genuine monks of the Chan grove.
The mind directed toward the otherworldly Way decreases by the day;
Human affairs that cater to worldly feelings increase year by year.
