8.74

天生三武禍吾宗。釋子還家塔寺空。應是昔年崇奉日。
不能清儉守真風。

Heaven produced the Three Wus to bring disaster upon our lineage;
Sons of Śākya returned to secular life, and pagodas and temples stood empty.
It must have been that in those former days when they were revered and upheld,
They failed to remain pure and frugal to guard the true style.
