9.14

一句染神咸資彼岸。思惟修習永用舟航。隨喜見聞恒為主伴。若取若舍經耳成緣。或順或違終因斯脫。願解脫之日依報正報。常宣妙經。一剎一塵無非利物。唯願諸佛冥熏加被。一切菩薩密借威靈。在在未說皆為勸請。凡有說處親承供養。一句一偈增進菩提。一色一香永無退轉。

May a single phrase imbuing the spirit entirely aid in reaching the other shore; may contemplating and cultivating it forever serve as a ship. May those who rejoice, see, or hear always become host and companion. Whether accepting or rejecting, once passing the ear, it creates a connection; whether agreeing or disagreeing, they will ultimately be liberated because of this. We pray that on the day of liberation, both dependent retribution and direct retribution will constantly proclaim the subtle sutra. Not a single land, not a single dust mote, will fail to benefit beings. We pray only that all Buddhas secretly perfume and assist us, that all bodhisattvas quietly lend their majestic spiritual power, that wherever [the Dharma] has not yet been spoken, all may invite it, and wherever it is spoken, beings personally offer and serve. May a single phrase and a single gāthā advance toward bodhi; may a single form and a single fragrance forever prevent regression.
