若欲了知。能取所取。分別境界。皆是心之所現者。當離憒閙昏滯睡眠。初中後夜。勤加修習。

"If one wishes to thoroughly know that grasping subject and grasped object, and all discriminated realms, are nothing but the manifestations of the mind, one should leave behind turmoil, torpor, dullness, and sleep, and diligently cultivate in the first, middle, and final watches of the night."
