至期隔宿准備儀從。正日鳴鍾眾集。都寺上香畢。請起骨佛事。送至塔所。請入塔佛事。其舉經諷誦回向並與全身入塔語同。迎真歸寢堂供養及謝主喪人等禮並同。

When the appointed time arrives, ceremonial attendants and accoutrements are prepared the evening before. On the day itself, the bell is rung and the assembly gathers. After the prior finishes offering incense, they request the Buddhist ceremony for raising the relics, and escort them to the stupa site. They request the Buddhist ceremony for enshrinement in the stupa. The chanting of scriptures and the dedication of merit are both identical to the words for enshrining the whole body in a stupa. Welcoming the portrait back to the living quarters for offerings, as well as thanking the funeral director and others, all follow the same etiquette.
