凡出喪庫司預分付監作行者。辦柴化亡。差撥行僕。鐃鈸鼓樂幡花香燭擡龕喪儀一切齊備。堂司行者隔宿覆住持兩序。掛送亡牌。次早行粥遍食椎後再鳴椎一下云（白大眾。粥罷普請送亡。除守寮直堂外並當齊赴。謹白）又鳴椎一下出聖僧前問訊。次住持前問訊畢。從首座板起巡堂一匝。至外堂歸內堂問訊而出。如遇。

Whenever a funeral procession sets out, the monastery storehouse instructs the work supervisor postulant in advance to prepare firewood for cremating the deceased, and assigns postulants and servants; cymbals, drums, banners, flowers, incense, candles, and all the funeral regalia for carrying the casket are made ready. The hall administration postulant informs the abbot and two ranks the evening before and hangs the notice board for sending off the deceased.
