右一經一卷。武帝世大同年。優禪尼國王子月婆首那。梁言高空。辭齊入梁仍被留住。因譯此經。

The above one scripture in one fascicle: during the Datong era in the reign of Emperor Wu, Upasūna, a prince of the country of Ujjayinī (in the language of Liang: Gaokong [High Void]), took leave of the Northern Qi and entered the Liang, where he was detained; he thereupon translated this sūtra.
