右一經一卷。高帝世。建元三年。天竺沙門曇摩伽陀耶舍。齊言法生稱。於廣州朝亭寺手自譯出。傳受人沙門慧表。永明三年齎至揚都繕寫流布。

The 1 sūtra above in 1 fascicle. In the reign of Emperor Gao, in the third year of the Jianyuan era, the Tianzhu śramaṇa Dharmagātayaśas—translated into Qi as Fashengcheng—translated it with his own hand at Chaoting Monastery in Guangzhou. The recipient was śramaṇa Huibiao, who in the third year of the Yongming era brought it to the capital, Yangdu, where it was copied and circulated.
