右一經一卷。周武帝世。高齊居士萬俟懿於鄴城譯。懿元是鮮卑姓萬俟氏。少而出家師事婆羅門甚聰哲。善梵書語工呪術醫方。故預翻譯焉。

The above one sūtra, in one fascicle. During the reign of Emperor Wu of the Zhou, the upāsaka Moji Yi of Northern Qi translated it in the city of Ye. Yi was originally of the Xianbei surname Moji. He renounced household life in his youth and studied under a Brahman; he was exceptionally intelligent, skilled in Sanskrit script and language, and proficient in incantations and medical prescriptions. Therefore, he participated in the translations.
