達磨賢首慈恩灌頂南山諸師。皆一代之偉。特雖共明此道。而各專一門。區別群宗。作諸宗立教志一卷。
Masters such as Bodhidharma, Xianshou, Ci'en, Guanding, and Nanshan were all pre-eminent figures of their generations; although they shared in clarifying this Dao, each specialized in a single gate, distinguishing the various schools. I have composed the Treatise on the Establishment of the Teachings of the Various Schools in one fascicle.
