第五會。兜率天宮說三品○升兜率天（佛升此天請佛入殿）兜率偈讚（金剛幢等讚佛）十回向（金剛幢說偈云。法性遍在一切處。一切眾生及國土。三世悉在無有餘。亦無形相而可得）。

Fifth Assembly: Preached in the Tuṣita Palace, three chapters: 1. Ascending the Tuṣita Heaven (The Buddha ascended to this heaven, and they invited the Buddha to enter the palace). 2. Verses of Praise in Tuṣita (Vajradhvaja and others praised the Buddha). 3. The Ten Dedications (Vajradhvaja spoke verses saying: 'The Dharma nature is omnipresent in all places, / in all sentient beings and lands; / in the three times it is fully present without remainder, / yet no form or mark can be found').
